All Doggy Doo Removal Services include thorough scooping of outdoor pet waste from designated service areas, which will be placed in doubled compostable bags and placed in your outdoor trash receptacle. We are happy to take away any bagged waste for an additional $5 per service. In addition to scooping, we will also refresh any outdoor water sources for your pet. 

Services are preformed Monday thru Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding all major holidays. If your regular service happens to fall on a day when we are not operating, that service will be made up within the same service week. For example, if your usual service day falls on Thanksgiving, your service will be done that Wednesday or Friday depending on your area. 

Scooping schedules are not guaranteed to fall on the same day every week as we have to take weather, illness and holidays into consideration when scheduling our route. We will, however, do our best to keep customers on a consistent schedule according to services. In the event of any major changes in scheduling, customers will be notified.

Additional Initial Clean-up Prices will be determined upon your free consultation visit. Prices shown below are per service thereafter, for properties no bigger than 1/2 acre (21,780 sq. ft.). Rates on properties bigger than 1/2 acre or for customers with more than 4 dogs per household, may also be determined during a free consultation. Terms & Conditions

By requesting our services, you agree to our terms and conditions and give The Super Scoopers permission to enter your property to perform agreed services. 

The Super Scoopers do not perform services under contract, we believe in flexibility and room for change. We like for you as a customer to feel free to start, end, pause or change your services when needed as long as we have minimum 24 hour notice to accommodate. In addition, we only bill for scooping that has already been completed and we bill in monthly cycles. Invoices are sent via email on the 1st business day of each month for services preformed the month prior. Payment of invoices are due by the 15th of each month. A $20 late fee will be applied after 30 days of delinquency and services will be terminated after 45 days of delinquency. We accept cash or check at this time. A $35 fee will be applied for all returned checks. If a service cannot be performed due to extreme weather, personal illness, etc. the service will be made up during that service week, otherwise said service will not be charged to your bill and scooping will continue as scheduled. 

* If we arrive at your home and services cannot be performed due to the following reasons, you will be charged for that visit and services will be rescheduled:

-Locked gates that deny access to service areas
-Aggressive or potentially aggressive dogs left out in yard
-Extra tall grass or excessive leaf and yard debris covering service areas
